Business Practices
PMG must earn the trust and confidence
of our clients and the suppliers we work with. PMG's supplier
business practices were developed to establish consistent
expectations, processes and to ensure that all suppliers are
treated in a fair, professional manner.
- Referral Fees –
Entertainment - Compensation -The principals and
associates of PMG do not accept or participate
in supplier sponsored referral fees, business meals, entertainment,
activities or events, nor will they accept logo bearing
promotional merchandise, gifts, cash, tickets, discounts
or other merchandise, services or compensation of any sort.
- Communications
– We will return phone calls, e-mails and other correspondence
as promptly as possible, and handle all communications in
a professional and courteous manner.
- Request for Quote
Process – PMG utilizes the request for
quote(RFQ) process when soliciting information and pricing.
A combination of price, quality, delivery, supplier capability
and willingness to meet all stated business requirements
is required for a client recommendation.
- Price Confidentiality
- Supplier pricing is proprietary and will not be shared
with current or competing suppliers.
- Supplier Alliances
– PMG will not establish alliances with suppliers
in any category. However, given our experience, we will
invite selected high performing suppliers to participate
in the quote process subject to approval of the client.
- Supplier Quote Responses
- Suppliers are requested to submit quotes, pricing and
all other information by the requested date in order to
receive consideration in the quoting process. Responses
must also be in the format requested(electronic) or will
be considered a “no quote”.
